Goal Getter Series Step #1: Success You Want, Success You’ll Have

Ready to rock a sexy, new confident you?

Grab a piece of paper and let’s get started.

In this series, I’ll show you how to choose your most important health goals, so you can fit into the dress size of your dreams.

This is your year for big wins.

First, write down any current health or weight loss goals.

Now, imagine your healthiest, fittest, hottest self one year from now. What three things did you do during the year that made it amazing?

What are the goals and habits that are changing your life?

Don’t worry about how you are going to make them happen…yet. Just write ’em down.

Do you have an exercise program? Are you lifting weights? Dancing? Walking? Running?

Are you meal planning? Cutting out processed carbs and added sugars? Eating more veggies? Drinking more water?

Do you go to bed early? Do you have daily prayers, affirmations, a motto? Do you review your goals every day? Or something totally different?

Don’t forget goals and healthy habits from these categories:

• Food
• Drinks
• Movement
• Sleep
• Supplements
• Mindset
• Community and Love relationships (these affect your health!)
• Relaxation

Finally, what healthy habits make you feel on top of the world when you do them? You definitely want these on your list.

Getting healthy is going to be fun and feel easy. It’ll give you energy you haven’t felt in years or maybe ever. And you’ll look ah-mazing!

In the next email, you’ll prioritize your list by eliminating any stinky goals. This’ll give you a boost of confidence and make you feel like the Girl Boss that you are.

Goals keep you moving forward. If you’re not growing toward a healthier you, you’re moving backward, cuz time does not standstill.

Go get that paper and let your dreams and imagination create a list of at least 10 things you’d absolutely love to be doing for your health.

Have fun, dream big, you are going to break these down into bite-sized pieces. And don’t worry, you won’t be doing all 10 at once.
